But if you're looking for a cheap BHA Salicylic Acid preparation that's cheap and readily available, give their Clean & Clear line's Active Clear Acne Gel a shot. Salicylic Acid has become the darling to treat spots and Post-Hyper-Pigmentation. Clean & Clear's Active Clear Acne Gel contains 2% Salicylic Acid and it's affordable at BND 5 per tube. You can buy it almost anywhere but department stores and bigger chains like Hua Ho and SupaSave are more likely to carry it.

So you’ve read up on the Oil Cleansing Method  (OCM) and want to take the plunge but don’t know where to get Mineral Oil? Well lucky for you I’ve written this post 😄 Zen Natural Pure White Mineral Oil According to the label Zen Nature Pure Baby Oil contains Pure White Mineral Oil . The label also proclaims that this product is Paraben Free  if that is a concern to you. I picked up this bottle at Utama Grand for about BND 8 for 410ml . I currently only do OCM twice a week as a pre-shave routine so this bottle is going to last me quite a while. The label also advertises PriceAbuse.com which is a Malysian online retail website. Unfortunately they currently do not have any shipping options to Brunei. Hopefully that will change in the future. Lactacyd Liquid Cleanser

Now here’s a product that gives very interesting Google search results.  Lactacyd  appears to be more associated with feminine hygiene products in most of the world but around here they also manufacture a liquid body cleanser. Lactacyd contains Lactic Acid, an AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) that can be found in chemical exfoliants. The concentration of Lactic Acid in this body cleanser probably isn’t enough to exfoliate but I have found the cleanser to be gentle on the skin. You can buy Lactacyd from almost any Guardian branch and I have also seen it at Hua Ho Kiulap. It goes for just under $10 so it won’t break your wallet. This product is prone to selling out and like many things in Brunei it takes ages to be re-stocked.
